All purchases of eBooks are final and non-refundable 
Due to the nature of digital content, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a return or refund. This policy protects the intellectual property and prevents unauthorized distribution.

In consideration of our customers, we do offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• You purchased the wrong product by mistake (and have not downloaded it yet).
• You experience a technical issue (e.g. download problems, corrupted file) and we’re unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged twice for the same item.
